deliverable, a price, and a signature their procurement office recognizes. That works for us too.
The work runs on svyLab, and on svy, the open engine underneath it,
with no account needed on your side. So what you get back is not a report that ages: a versioned
instrument, a weighting plan that runs as a script outside the platform, and standard tables that
can be produced again next round.

The natural first contract
We re-derive the weights, estimates, and standard errors behind one of your published reports, from a public-use file or your own data, reconcile them line by line against what you published, and hand back a methods appendix you can defend to a reviewer. The work happens in our workspace; you receive the appendix, the tables and the scripts.

From scripts and spreadsheets to a program
Stata, SPSS, or SAS scripts and the spreadsheets around them become a reproducible svy and svyLab program: the instrument as a versioned artifact, weighting as typed steps with preflight, the analysis plan written against questions, the methodology written down. Your analysts keep the methods; they lose the fragility.

For the team
Design-based estimation, weighting and calibration, replicate weights, small-area estimation, in Python with svy, on public data or, if you prefer, on your own. Half-day to three days, remote or on site, with the exercises left behind as runnable notebooks. This one runs on the open engine, no platform involved.

Fixed price per engagement, agreed in writing before work starts, consistent across organizations of the same kind. Walkthroughs are free. An engagement that turns into a design partnership carries its price into the partnership, so nothing is paid twice.
We build and run the workspace; an engagement does not include logins for your team. If you want to keep that workspace and work in it yourselves, that is an organization plan, priced separately and available at any point during or after the engagement.
